Module: zMayaUtils
This adds "Match Translation and Rotation" to the Modify > Match Transformations menu.
Maya provides "Match Translation", "Match Rotation", and "Match All Transforms", but often
it's useful to only match translation and rotation, to align two objects without changing scale.
This allows doing this in a single step.
